This issue has been solved. See solution.

I see every voting/replying takes not less than 30 to 45 seconds to complete. I did a speed test on my computer and I don't see any abnormality from my end. It is only Connect tab in my browser that is presenting an unusual slowness from today morning.

I have been on Connect for the past four hours, and I have not seen any issues or complaints.

Forums are back, but no new posts or updates/replies are being displayed. Last updates shown are almost 24 hours old...

New posts and updates should be showing up now.

After the cache flush there was quite of re-indexing that had to occur.

1:47 am and I happened across this post ...

I've cleared the server caches and it appears that the forums are back.

Sorry about the inconvenience.

My ideas are still in pending status, but, why these two ideas can be viewed and voted by others?

And, the pending time of the published document and download becomes too long....sad

If a forum post solves your problem, please flag it as a solution. If you like an article, blog post or download vote it up.

...that's not a problem with Connect...that's the Symantec moderators taking the time to moderate your idea.
