Currently, my customer encountered problem to integrate with Symantec NAC Enforcer Appliance 6100 Series – v11.0.6100 integrated with Aruba Wireless.  I used AAA test server to check on the user credential and it was successful. However, user failed to get ip address or sometime keep authenticating when user associating to staff-SSID WIFI. The Symantec console showed users are authenticated successfully. There is no dhcp problem because it is proven through wired connection to switch and other ssid.

So you are saying the working

So you are saying the working SSID uses a different hardware vendor? There is a known issue with an Aruba switch and WPA2, but I believe this issue is different. I would open a case with Symantec support. If it is a defect, our engineers would get it resolved in an upcoming release.

I would try analyzing the

I would try analyzing the packet captures from both the working and non-working environments from the client side as well as the Enforcer side. See where this traffic is getting blocked and troubleshoot from there.
