ASA 7 and 9 installed on same machine

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Our server has an existing application which uses Sybase's ASA 7. I see the SEP manager installs the newer version (non longer called ASA). Will there be a conflict if both are installed and running on the same machine?

Thanks - I was afraid of
Thanks - I was afraid of that. I'll need to install SEPM on a machine other than our sever.
Although not my first choice can I use MS SQL express. I installed it as part of sharepoint 3.0 upgrade in SBS2003.
Sorry - I had installed SQL
Sorry - I thought I had SQL 2005. WSUS 3.0 installs an internal version of same which can be accessed via command line and the MS SQL Express console, but I doubt it can be leveraged by SEPM. Can SEPM use this version of SQL?
SEPm supports SQL 2000, 2005
SEPm supports SQL 2000, 2005 and 2008 ( not an Express one).
Cheers!

After looking a bit further
After looking a bit further it is the windows internal database that is part of SBS2003 (and is used by WSUS if MS SQL is not present) which emulates SQL 2005. I use the SQL express interface to do some basic maintenance on it versus command line. It looks like I will need to load SEPM on one of our workstations. Not typical, but that is what small businesses have to do.
Thanks for the help,
Peter
