ASDK 2 CHM File

This issue has been solved. See solution.
I downloaded the file attached to the KB article but I cannot view it. I feel certain I am doing something wrong but on two different computers I have the same issue. Any ideas? Maybe someone could fedex me a printout? :-)

I answered my own question.
I answered my own question. I had to right-click the file and choose properties. There is a button to unblock teh CHM file. Nowit works! Can I mark my own answer as the solution? :-)
