Have you recently upgraded your infrastructure?
I had a similar situation for a client wherein they had applied one of the quarterly hotfixes but did not get all of the SQE's upgraded. This caused us to get wildly variable results with a large number of them being "System not reachable." I recommend running the Health and Status Report from the RMS console and verify that all SQE's are at the same CHF as the BV-IS.
What are you mean about CHF
What are you mean about CHF and BV-IS, on another hand I run the Health and Status Report as you asked me and it is as below:
This data is from the Bindview Information Server's cache (connection.mdb) of Master Query Engines.
This data is from Enterprise Configuration Service's list of Slave Query Engines.
The data in the agent count columns was obtained by submitting a query to the Query Engine(s) in this user's connection data base.
This data is from Enterprise Configuration Service's list of Slave Query Engine assignments.
This data is from Enterprise Configuration Service's list of Query Engines Communication Settings.
This data is from Enterprise Configuration Service's Distribution Rules per Master Query Engine.
This data is from Enterprise Configuration Service's list of Support Services.
This data is from Enterprise Configuration Service's administrative share selection.
So if there is any error in above report please tell me.
Have you installed Service
Have you installed Service Pack 1 and the November Hot Fix? If so, you will need to upgrade the ECS and your Query Engines as they are still showing the pre-SP1 level.
