Hi Guru

I am using Altiris AMS 7.1. In my organization, assets are mapped with department. I tried to associate my asset into department by associating "Asset Department Owner", and it works when I go to CMDB Association diagram or out of the box reports.

Anyway, when I go to IT Analytics and I tried to use "Install Software Cube" Cube report to generate Computer with Software installed by department,  the computer count doesn't show. (In the cube, filtering assets must be done with selecting Organization Group)

I tried to investigate and found that Organization Group named "Assets by Department" is not there, in Organization View and Group page. (while Assets by Location is available).

I understand that when association has been done, Organization Group will be created automatically, which should give "Assets by Location" and "Asset by Department" appear under Organization View. (for mine, only appearing Organization Group which relates to Department is just "Users by Department")

Somebody please help me... how I can make "Assets by Department" organization gorup appear.
