For CMS 7, in the Activity Center under the Computers tab (Manage > Computers from the menu) the "All Computers View" section is visible in the left hand panel below Saved Searches.

This section shows All Computers and Active Directory Domains by default.  All Computers is the Computer Organizational Group in the Default Org View and Active Directory Domains is an Org View.

I'd like to get the Org View "Assets by Location" also showing in the same location.  Is this possible?

No, it's not possible.  All Asset Org Views are filtered out in the All Computers section of Activity Center.

Thanks for the response Andrew.  Do you have any idea why someone decided to exclude the Asset Views?  I'll log an idea for it but I'm just wondering if there is an underlying issue that I'm missing?

Also, if I duplicated an Asset view into a custom view of my own would I likely have any issues?  I have about 70 locations in a flat structure.

For anyone looking for a solution to this I used Connector solution to populate a custom Organisational View with all of the locations and computers.  This then showed up in the All Computer Views section in the Activity Center. It works really well, works around the limited number of Saved Searches and makes better use of screen space.
