    After creating a Change Request ticket we have the option to "Manage Equipment".

    This allows us to assign resources to the change request manually.

    We'd like to automate this process. We've extended the basic Change Management workflow and the user now selects resources that we pull in from a CMDB report during the initial change request process.

    After they've selected these resources I'd like to attach them to the change ticket.

    How do we attach resources to a change ticket inside the workflow?

    We can see already in the CMDB that something similar is done with Service Desk tickets. When you expand the Service Desk ticket in the CMDB it lists the associated resources. We'd like the same thing to happen for Change Request tickets also.
