  • 1.  ASUS laptop won't reboot after PGP WDE intall

    I installed PGP WDE on my new Asus U56e laptop and now it won't boot back up.  It stalls at a black screen that says "Inializing loader".  After doing some research it appears that PGP isn't compatible with laptops utilizing Sandy Bridge.  How do I get my laptop back?! Thanks in advance for your help.

    Please refer to this Knowledge Base Article regarding Sandy Bridge processors.

    If you should decide to do a WDE Recovery CD decryption of the drive, please refer to this Knowledge Base Article. If you need to use the Recovery CD decryption, be aware that it is only 16 bit processing that can take days for a large disk,  it must not be stopped until it completes the decryption, and that when it shows 0% left to decrypt it has nearly 1% left.

    hello all,

    could you please help me ... I tell them. I want to upload two images of the company, the policy of Whole Disk Encryption, to appear when they turn on the pc. varis times and try and not working.
    I have also problems with the text assigned to communicate users, if tubieran a problem.
