What version of EV?

Which service pack? Any hotfixes, rollups?

What OS on the client?

Which service pack?

All users ..  a few?

Are the attachments real attachments, or were they previously embedded images?

Do you see this attachment icon in non-archived emails? You should be able to see this attachment icon in Outlook, even though the attachments setting was set to None in the mailbox policy (Shortcut content tab). Do you know if the attachment icon is added to the Outlook email list?

Yep you've got to get a bit more clarity on the problem. Perhaps the user just removed that column from the view in Outlook?

Hi there,

Are you refering to the fact that attachements are not displayed as links but lists within the shortcuts? If so, as you may know, this can be configured from the Mailbox Archiving Policy.

Looking forward for your reply in order to assist further if necessary. :)
