Attachment problem (Urgent)

Hi
we are not able to retrive attachment from OWA. am able to see message and I am not able to click an attachment, can any one help on this please

What version of Exchange?
What version of EV?
Do you see the icons for the message?
Do you see the toolbar buttons?

we are using Exchange 2007
EV is 7.5 with SP4
Yes am able to see icons and tools bars message.
am able to retrive all acrchive messages apparently I couldn't retrive attachment

Can you open attachments on non-archived items?

Yes am able to open from non archiving items
When you say click
When you say click attachment, are you actually clicking a link in the message preview or are you actually double clicking the message and trying to access the attachment that way?
Also, does Search work? Can you view messages via Search?

Also can you open the attachment OK from the shortcut in Outlook. Maybe it is not OWA but the fact that the item has been archived.
