So i have installed MR5 on my DC 2003 box, the newest one, and have one machine here that won't let the user open attachments. NONE. so i turned off the Symantec 'Add-in' in outlook and this fixed it. it doesn't happen on the other workstations though.
is there something that can be done to fix this other than turning off the add-ins, etc?
the Office version is XP or 2002.
thanks

Updating Outlook and/or the Microsoft Office suite to the latest version is the only way to resolve the issue.
Disabling the add-in is the only workaround.
