Is it effect of software autorun.inf file??
If I can copy the software from n/w to system and autorun.inf file of that s/w will be copy sucess or not??

copy it will be success however the autorun will not executed.

when you try to install
when you try to install software the autorun.inf file with the CD or the path will; not be executed if the autorun block is set on drives or CD.

Blocking Autorun.inf will not
Blocking Autorun.inf will not block any software installation of use of the application. Recent I have applied this policy on a very big organization and everything is running fine from atleast a month.

It's mean that if I can run this policy in my organisation. Application are installing fine even autorun.inf file require to install that software.
Can you provide me the step to create the policy of autorun blockage..

Download this policy.Dat file
Download this policy.Dat file and import in your SEPM.
http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH104909
Then edit the policy. Then Copy the Autorun.inf Rule and then paste it in your Application control rule that you are using.
