I have set the replication between couple of sites, my environment has been added with one more SEPM. While installing as an additional site, i'm facing the error "authentication failed 0x14010000"

Replication Fails
Hi,
You mentioned that "The credentials are administrator, can telnet 8443 vice a versa. The password are different at each server, no special character included". However try changing the password at both sites.
You can work around this issue by modifying the password for the SEPM account used for replication to no longer contain a percent sign (%) special character. If your password does not contain "%", it may contain other special characters that are not handled correctly by the SEPM.
