Run the RESETPASS.bat file from the command prompt

In the command prompt
go to

c:\program files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tools\resetpass

Try logging into the SEPM
username:admin
password:admin

are you using the SEPM authentication or the AD authentication.

if SEPm authentication, edit the reset.bat and check for the password if it has been changed.

Please try the following

1) Restart the SEPM and the Database services and try to use the resetpass.bat once again and see if it works.

2) Make sure that your logged in as a Domain Admin or Admin which ever has the highest rights.

3) Try to reboot the machine and see if it helps.

4) Run a repair on SEPM, could be a corruption issue.
