    Hello,

In such cases, To reset the administrator password

    1. Open Windows Explorer on the computer that runs Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.

    2. Locate the <Drive>:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Tools folder.

    3. Double-click the resetpass.bat executable file.

The password is reset to admin.

    4. Change the password immediately.

    Reference: http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO26949

NOTE: Make sure you do not use wrong password for more than 5 times or else the account would get locked for 15 minutes.

In that case, the only way to get that unlocked is either to wait for 15-20 minutes or reset the Clock to 30 minutes ahead the actual time.

Thanks for the response. I checked your path, however there is no resetpass.bat in that folder. Do you know a way to get the tool? Thanks

Ideally the batch file is there, if you don't see that I think you can contact support and then they can email you the tool.

It will be on the Path where you have the Manager installed

if its installed on 64 bit box, then you need to check

    programfiles(x86)/symanetc/symantec endpoint protection manager/tools
