    Hi all,

For some reason when opening an email now we get encrypted email as a .pgp attachment that you have to double click and it opens in the viewer! But before you could open the email and the message would be surrounded with a blue box with the word saying 'decrypted' in the top left hand corner, this has now stopped working!!??

    How comes?

Thanks for your help in advance.

    Ant

This Knowledge Base Article may help.

Please make sure that you have not started some other email proxy use, such as for AV or anti-spam.

Sometimes, it is necessary to delete your existing PGP messaging service and let PGP recreate it.

    Hi,

I've already looked there and it was no help. Plus nothing has changed AV or AS services within the company.

We have to cluster members and under services under the clustering section one has 'processes mail' on and the other doesnt - is this related at all?

This sounds like you may be processing email at the PGP Universal Server level?  If so, I'm not into Universal Server management, but your clustering may be related; perhaps try changing the Processes Mail option to see if that makes a difference.  If this is Universal Server related, you may want to start your topic in that forum.
