Also in the logs of Endpoint, there is no any log about this error. Why?

Might be due to corruption of definitions - try to run first the intelligent updater on affected machine - http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH102606 - and afterwards check if the machines are updating automatically without further problems.

Thanks for your help. I have searched the forumn and read a lot of related post. However, there is no exact solution for solving this error ( it just generate fake error log for each virus definition update every night and all SEP clients can run normally ) .

If this is a known error / issue in SEP, how can this error still exist in SEP 12.1.1101.401?

Does Symantec really take care of this issue and solve this problem?

If Windows can catch this error in log, however, SEP cannot catch this error!  It seems that NOW Symantec still do not have solution for solving this error / problem.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks for any help.

In the Windows log of one SEP client, it show that this error occurs every night of virus definition update but the status of SEP is normal without any error log at all. How to solve this problem? Thanks.

Does anyone have the same problem and find the method to solve it?

Even though I get the error of "SRTSP"  (Event ID:    4), it will be normal after 1 second. So, this error message seems to be dummy / fake. How to remove it at all?
