  • 1.  Auto Protect will not re-enable

    I updated my policy in Endpoint Protection Manger, ver. 12.1.1101.401 RU1 MP1, for auto protect to turn back on after 3 minutes. I notice this morning that one of our machines has auto protect disabled.  I tried to turn auto protect back on from the client manager section of the Endpoint Manager, but still has not turned back on.  With my policy set to turn back on after 3 minutes, why wouldn't auto protect turn back on?  Am I missing a step?

    Did you verify both the client and SEPM policy numbers are the same?

    What happens when you manually enable?
