Dear  Team,

 

       Frequently iam facing the problem with drive offline error. So please let me know how to prevent this issue.

Hello,  Check your windows events for system errors that occur during the time the Autoloader goes offlne.

Autoloader Drive going Offline frequently - Comment:12 Dec 2012 : Link

Your drive manufacturer would have a diagnostic utility that you can download and run against the autoloader. Stop the BE services first, and run a health check. This will tell you if you have hardware issues or not.
