Automate Helpdesk ticket creation

I am new to Altiris products. I want to be able to create a Altiris Helpdesk ticket when an asset (computer) on the network is not discovered in a specified time period. (eg. computers not discovered for 15 days)

I have the following solutions installed:

-Asset Management
-Notification Server
-Helpdesk

How do I go about implementing this? Is it via Notification or Helpdesk Business rules, or something else?

go to view task. right click

go to view task.
right click and choose create new notification policy.
Name the policy.
For the source choose you desired report.
Under auotmated actions choose - New Incident automated action.
Example Title Machine not checked in %Name%
Example Comment - Machine %Name% has only %Free Space% MB of free space left on drive %Drive% out of %Disk Size% MB disk size.
