Automated removal of competitive Antivirus and deployment of Symantec endpoint

Dear Team,

We are moving from kaspersky to Symantec. We have setup the Symantec Endpoint Managment server. We want to automatically uninstall the kaspersky antivirus and install Symantec antivirus. How can we do it in SEPM.

Please revert.

I agree above, in this case where you are already running SEPM 12.1 (Make sure you are running the SEPM 12.1 RU1 MP1)

You could surely use "Third Party Product Removal Feature" which would assist you in the same.

You can also use the SEPprep utility to do this.

It is on the install DVD under Tools\NoSupport\SEPprep
