    We still use Helpdesk version 6.  One of the features we've used is the ability to deposit documents in the library and indexing will index the contents and allow us to search via the knowledge base.    In browsing through the service desk documentation, it doesn't look like this can be done anymore.

     

    The goal is to take documents we've posted to SharePoint, and allow the knowledgebase to include these documents in the search.

    Can we configure the knowledge base to point to a share with documents in it?

    Is there a folder documents can be dropped in to be ingested as KB articles?

    Is there some sort of workflow components that allow for SharePoint integration?
