    Hi,
    I have some roaming profile users having laptops who visit to differnet-2 locations and  i have a replication partner on each site. My requirement is that the laptop reporting must change automatically to that local SEPM without changing or moving from one OU to another OU.
    I mean to say that when client moves to a particular location and connect to the laptop to the lan it must report to a local SEPM not original one.

     Location awareness is the answer to your problem. Define one location for each IP address range and change the Management Server list for each location to point to the correct SEPM first.

    How is your Management server list assigned ?
    Have you imported groups from AD?

     I am agreeing with Jeremy Dundon , Location awareness is the answer to your problem.
