  • 1.  Automatically update DCM keywords?

    Hi all,

    I'm looking to see if there is a way that I can update a list of DCM keywords on an automatic basis? Are they stored on the server in an XML file or elsewhere? If I edit this file to add/remove keywords, will these changes be propogated to endpoints etc?

    I have a series of text files, that I intend to schedule as an EDM source, but for a couple of them, I would like to schedule as a DCM source to allow for Endpoint Prevent actions.

    Dear NIc

    If you have a large dictionary of keywords, you can create an Exact Data Profile and index the keyword list.

    Hi Lion,

    But the problem is I need to use the DCM system in order to initiate Endpoint Prevent and Quarantine response actions, which I cannot do with Exact Data Profiles.
