Automation Policies are not sent

Hi everyone,
Someone know abut the Automation Policies?, I have a problem because this aren't sent.
I look the altiris log and not show any alert message.
It is very curious because only send one alert of all configured.
I have SMP 71. SP2, thank you in advance for your helps.

Confirm your E-mail settings. Go to Settings > All Settings, then expand Settings > Notification Server and select 'Notification Server Settings.' In the right pane, select the E-mail tab. Confirm the settings listed then click 'Send test e-mail.'
Be sure to check Junk E-mail folders and/or spam filters if you're sending from a test or POC e-mail server, as those often get stuck in Outlook's Junk E-mail.
