Automation Rule Running Multiple Times

I am having automation notification and ticket creation running twice many times when it is schedule to run.  I remember something about a delay once, but can not find this.

It's probably a bit late to answer this question, but I vaguely recall that there was an issue like this when the automation rule was followed by an inactive rule. If there is an inactive rule following the one which is running twice, try moving it to the bottom of the list of rules or delete it.
