autorun.inf is infected ?

This issue has been solved. See solution.
I got no warning from Sep 12.1 when i scan a autorun.inf file
when I use a another antivirus program its found and make a warning of the same file

Why cant sep find it?

when the file RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-1482476501-3352491937-682996330-1013\Anti-virus.exe
becomes active ( accessed) the SEP should catch.
.inf file is information file, itself it is not malicious considered by SEP.
You may submit the file to Symantec , if it is not detcted when you click on the file.
