autoupgrade SEP 12.1RU1MP1 CZECH -> RU2 ENGLISH

hello, I have a question. My customer has SEP 12.1RU1MP1 CZECH clients installed. He wants to migrate to RU2 ENGLISH, but the autoupgrade does not work. My question is, should it work or not? thanks

can you try adding the same lanaguage pack and try the autoupgrade for one small group as explained in thsi document.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to use AutoUpgrade in this situation. This is by design.
AutoUpgrade fails if the language of the assigned package does not match the language of the currently installed client
