AV definitions not updating

This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hello all,

We have a SEP Manager which is connected to the internet but not updating AV&AS definitions.

IPS definitions are updating just fine.

Please see the attachment. What can be the issue?

hi

you tried this doc http://www.symantec.com/connect/articles/how-clear-corrupt-virus-definitions-sepm

and then lucatalog.exe - cleanup

lucatalog.exe -update

was any recent change in your firewall wrt to what to download , content limit length??

Go to C:/Documents  and 

Go to C:/Documents  and  settings/All Users/Application Data/Symantec/Liveupdate, and post the log.liveupdate  file, from the SEPM server.

There's definitely an issue

There's definitely an issue with corrupted AV definitions. Here's an official Symantec KB for all OS :
