Endpoint Protection

Hi Everyone,

  I'd just like to know how to submit files to Symantec for analysis? This is on the Antivirus side, we have a sample of a virus and Symantec failed to detect it while other AV engine does detect it. Advice will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
