I'm on a SEP11 course and looking at an 'Internal Use Only' document (the instructor's copy) that's got detailed information about sizing, capacity estimates, performance overhead and scalability. My Symantec TAM and our sales rep (plus reps from the end-point security product team) have not been able to provide this information in response to past requests but it's obviously 'available' now and I'm wondering when Symantec is going to make this valuable planning information public - your customers need it! There is a long lead time to justify & obtain server hardware, influence end-point hardware configuration (i.e. how much RAM our desktops need), etc... and the sooner we have this information and can start estimating our requirements the better.
