Hi there,

I would like to know what are all the applications that one would find on the Back up exec 2012 package, in particular i'd love to know if includes the following:-

Symantec Backup Exec 2012 (for Applications & Databases)

Symantec Backup Exec 2012 for Linux

10 User Packs Symantec Backup Exec 2012 (for Desktop and Notebooks)

BE2012 package includes the below (expect DLO ) but these are only enabled when you install

appropriate license keys.

Symantec Backup Exec 2012 (for Applications & Databases)

You need to purchase Agent for App & Database to backup any application like Exchange or SQL.

Symantec Backup Exec 2012 for Linux

Agent for Linux needs to be purchased (Check software compatibility list for the supported versions

of Linux)

10 User Packs Symantec Backup Exec 2012 (for Desktop and Notebooks)

DLO is not more part of Backup Exec 2012, Now its a seperate product.

For Windows remote agent and Remote agent for linux you need to purchase 1 license per server.

DLO licenses are based on number of user profile that would be backed up.Still if you have any doubts you may contact licensing at +1 800 721 3934.
