Back-up Failed

Hello, i've tried to run a back-up on a couple of servers however 2 servers are giving this error message. This is the first back-up that is run on these servers. Here is the error message my Back-up Exec System Recovery Manager shows about this server when i click Show Event Log.

Any idea where this is coming from, or how to resolve this?

What version of software are

What version of software are you using? After the instal, did you reboot the server?

After discussing this problem with a few of my colleagues, we also think it is a problem that we didnt reboot the servers yet.
I guess I was kind of hasty with posting this problem.
