This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hi all,

I use Back up Exec 2010 R3.

I am getting the below error on a completed with exceptions error.

The chap in the relevant department said "That database was removed a while back, it was a test database that was no longer needed.."

ERROR:

Backup- *server name*
File servername.************\\Dat*********se_SalesModel is in the backup selection list but was not found.

I have gone through the selections list and I cannot find this particular database, to remove the tick.. So not sure why backup exec is still looking for it.

Can someone pls advise?

Cheers

Hi,

Switch to the text view of the selection list and then delete the entry for it there.

otherwise open up the selection list, deselect SQL, and then reselect it. This should refresh it.

Thanks!

Hi Craig,

Great thanks for that, I have 'excluded' that particular database.

Hopefully will get a full backup without errors in the morning.
