Backing up NAS on Backup Exec 2012

Hi,
I am having problems backing up the NAS box. It will do full backup perfectly fine (taking a very long time) but the DINC dont seem to work. It keeps doing a full backup on the DINC for only the NAS backup job.
Any help will be appareciated.

Hi
If you are doing backup using archive bit way try doing backup using modified time for full and then incremental for NAS backup and it should work fine

Don't forget to give a "Thumbs Up" or Mark as "Solution" if someones advice has helped you.
Even switching to the modified time method may not work. This is because there is no remote agent installed on the NAS. You may have to live with the fact that you would not be able to do diff/incr backups on your NAS. See this document

Hi,
PKH I find that hard to believe as the NAS box was being backed up properly without any problems when I was using 2010. Its ever since I moved onto 2012 thesew problems have occured. Based on tat article dated on in 2009, I do not believe it is correct in my circumstances.
Any further help will be appreciated.
