Backup 11d Fails Backup Active Directory

Hi All:
I have this error every now and then it is happening in the domain controllers, I am running Win2k3 SP1
I am running Veritas 11d revision 6235, with SP2 and hot fix 27
I do the backup through remote agent over the network
This is the final error I am getting
"Final error: 0xe0008488 - Access is denied.
Final error category: Security Errors

However, it is not for all parts of AD, looked thorugh above link , not much applicable to my case.

V-79-57344-33928 - Access is denied.
Access denied to directory Active Directory\CN=Configuration\CN=Services\CN=Microsoft Exchange\CN=blah\CN=Addressing\CN=Display-Templates\CN=402\.
Directory \\mydomain\System?State\Microsoft Active Directory\Active Directory\CN=Configuration\CN=Services\CN=Microsoft Exchange\CN=blah\CN=Addressing\CN=Display-Templates\CN=402\ was not found, or could not be accessed.
None of the files or subdirectories contained within will be backed up.
