Backup Agent for Oracle - does it include the Remote Agent for Windows?

If we buy a backup agent for Oracle does that include the Remote Agent for Windows Servers or will we have to get that separately?

AFAIK, all database agents inclued one RAWS. You can contact licensing to verify

Correct, all application agents include the remote agent capability. Exchange, AD, SQL, Oracle, etc.
There is an online portal, save yourself the long hold times. Create ticket online, then call in with ticket # in hand :-) http://mysupport.symantec.com "We backup data to restore, we don't backup data just to back it up."
