I'm not very familiar with Blackberry Enterprise Server, but if it is an application that resides on a WIndows server that is being backed up with Backup Exec System Recovery, then yes it is also recovered as a part of restoring the recovery point.  If an entire restore is not necessary, then individual files and folders can be extracted from the recovery point.

How can I guarentee that there will be no database corruption.

I suppose that the data is stored in MSSQL, so it Should Just Work (tm)?

Backup Exec System Recovery integrates with VSS to automatically quiesce database applications that are VSS aware.
For database applications that are not VSS aware, we provide (within our backup job wizard) the option to run batch files that the user could create, to (for example) manually stop the services associated with the database application, causing it to quiesce.
The services only need to be stopped for a short time (usually only a few seconds) in order for us to generate the snapshot we use to create our backups.
So in summary, we auto-quiesce VSS aware databases, and allow for manually quiescing other database application types.

So in summary, it should just work? :)

*fingers crossed*
