Dear all,

First of all, sorry for my English as it is my secondary language. We just bought a Dell server with 2 x 6core 8GB Ram, with 2x300GB HDD for OS and 4x2TB HDD for purely deduplication folder. A FC connect to the SAN for SAN mode AVVI and another FC to LTO5 library. The OS is windows 2008R2 standard and the backup   version is  Backup Exec 2010 SP1 with Latest patches. It is setup as CASO centre server, with one old backup exec server (same version except much slower machine) as managed media servers. The purpose of the CASO setup was to easy in migration only and future replication. The setup is to backup Vsphere 4.1, Exchange 2003, SQL servers and some of the remote SQL and file servers (these are client dedupe). All backup are configured to the deduplication folder first than vault to the tape after backup completed. The schedules were running smoothly  for 2 weeks without error. Until recent all jobs seems to hang at queue state without error message.   We tried cancel the jobs, restart the service and agent of all servers but without luck. We tried some backup direct to tape and normal disk folder working fine. All servers are able to resolve the BE server with FQDN and short name. . The deduplication folder is currently 2.7TB use out of 5.5TB. I really can't figure out anything to troubleshoot, apart from deleting the dedupe folder and recreate the new one. There are 2 weeks backup data inside and I am really relactant to do so. Hence before the "last resolution" I wish to seek for troubleshooting direction from all the expert here. Please help as I am really out of my mind.

thanks
