Backup to Disk folder location - Can I use the same drive that I use for CPS?

As per the title - If I put my CPS backups on drive F, can/should I put my Exchange backup to disk files on the same physical drive?

I am wondering whether the snapshot of each backup will affect the other?

We would recommend that you put them on separate logical volumes.
