Backup to a dynamic Drive

Hello Everybody,

we're backing up our Data to a Dedup-Folder. Because the Dedup-Folders are limited to one per Mediaserver, I only have one Drive to store the Backup Data. Now we bought an Storage Expansion and I want to convert those two Drives in one dynamic Drive.

Is it possible to Backup the Data in Backup Exec 2012 on a dynamic Drive?

Hello Florian,

There should be no problem is creating Backup to Disk folder on Dynamic disk. This should work fine.
