Backup error of new 12.1

Hi
This is a new installation before 2 weeks
While taking the backup , it is not completed I am getting the error attached

connection was terminated,
connection was terminated, are the DB service started?
if using SQL using SQL management studio for DB backup

SQL Error
Check you event log on the system a see at that time what was happening in SQL. Is it the Symantec data or another DB on your system that caused it to throw the error?
Check the db storage settings, does it set to auto negotiation?

Auto negotiation will prevent problem incase db increase in size

The database is an Embedded one not SQL ; it is a new installation done before two weeks.

enable the logging to finest,
enable the logging to finest, and try bacup then pass on the logs.

Ahe end of the
Ahe end of the conf.properties files in C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\etc add a line
scm.log.level=finest
Then restart the SEPM service, and try attempting backup. Also open a support case.

Can you run the DBvalidator on the SEPM?
RUnning the manger server
RUnning the manger server configuration wizard would help for sure .
The error clearly indicated its gotta do with odbc.

Our Symantec support contact id Number is 15 numbers basic support and when I open a case it is asking for either Technical Contact Id or Support Number or Technical case id
When I put the Support number it is saying that technical support number is not valid
Please help me!
