Backup Error whith Exchange 2007

Hello,

with Exec 12.5 Rev. 2213 when i try to backup the Exchange 2007 database i have this error:

Final error: 0xe000fe1f - The device cannot be found.
Final error category: Resource Errors

Snapshot provider error (0xE000FE1F): The device cannot be found.

V-79-57344-65055 - AOFO:Initialization failure on per: "\\(Server Name)\Microsoft Information Store\Second storage group". Advanced Open File Option utilizzato: No.

I have installed Remote agent on Exchange Server (with the last version) and VSS Microsoft Exchange Writers is signed ok and stable.
If i reboot Exchange Server sometimes the backup working fine for one or two times but successively the error return.

How can i fix this problem?

Are you using LCR or CCR on

Are you using LCR or CCR on Exchange 2007 - as if you are try setting backup from Active Copy ONLY in the Exchange settings of the job.

I set back-up of Exchange

I set back-up of Exchange with "Active Copy" only  but now i have new problem.

Check the Windows Event Viewer for details.
Writer Name: Exchange Server, Writer ID: {76FE1AC4-15F7-4BCD-987E-8E1ACB462FB7}, Last error: The VSS Writer
failed, but the operation can be retried (0x800423f3)., State: Failed during prepare snapshot operation (8)

If i check ("vssadmin list writers") the Microsoft Exchange VSS is signed "Stable" and "No Error" (on Windows 2003Server Release 2).

I check Event Viewer and i find this error:

An attempt to prepare the storage group 'First Storage Group' for backup failed because the storage group is already in the process of being backed up. The error code is -2403. (Note that if a backup was recently aborted, then it may take several minutes for the system to detect the aborted backup and initiate backup cleanup procedures, so this message may be generated if an attempt was made to backup a storage group before a previous backup attempt had fully terminated.)

How can i fix it?
