Absolutely no information given here which helps nobody, so please do the following:
1. Are you up-to-date with patches on the media server? Are any remote servers patched?
2. What are you backing up? Data and databases etc?
3. Is this an old or new problem? When did it start, and did you make any changes before the issue started?
4. What are you backing up too?

...have you tried to remove the RAWS agent and re-add it, and recreate the job? And I assume it is a full job and not INCR for instance, where static data wouldn't be backed up?
