Backup Exec 12

I am lookign at upgrading my existing infrastructe to a mixed enviroment, housing both servers 2003 & a single server 2008 with Exchange 2010. I am wondering if I might run into any issues with the version of BackupExec 12 that I am running??

Exchange 2010 will not be supported until Backup Exec 2010 is released so yes you will have problems
