Backup Exec 12.5 Not Reconizing RD100 Drive

This issue has been solved. See solution.

I recently had a server crash and I have rebuilt it.  I can't get BackupExec to recognize my RD1000 drive to restore the data.

Is the drive being recognized by the OS in my computer ? Also refer http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH137910

Yes it is. I can look at all of the data on the drive.
