Backup Exec 12.5 Problem

Dears , i have windows server 2003 SP2 , and 1 CASO server BAckupexec 12.5 and 3 media servers B with the same configurations
today i have a very strange issue
i have tried to open the caso server , but keep tell that access denied ,even when i try my domain account which is Enterprise admin, but it refuse login and to symantec CASO server , but i can connect from the CASO server to any media server normally woth the same access

i have tried the Backup Exec Diag i got the follwoing errors repeted many times since this problem appears

so kindly advice as we can't find anything on the NET related to that problem

Hi there,

I have the same issue with BEWS 12.5 at times using the CASO. I upgraded to the latest SP at the time (SP3), and then went through BEUtility.exe and used it to change the service credentials to the same service account I had used before.
Seemed to work...
But it does crop up for some reason, so consider installing the patches available after SP3 is installed.
