Backup Exec 2010: Old VMWare Agent conflict issue ?

Hi All,
I've successfully installed and configured BE 2010 on a dedicated Windows Server 2003 x64 Edition, but when I perform the credentials test it failed ?
see the attached picture.
Any idea how to backup the Virtual Machine ?

It's mentioning a mismatch
It's mentioning a mismatch with the Remote Agent. Can you describe the VMware setup (version, config, etc.)and what you see on the media server in terms of the version of the bengine.exe and beremote.exe?
