Hello community,

          I am trying to get my DLO Agent working properly on Windows XP Prpfessional SP3 computer.  Everytime I log on to the computer though, I get asked to find the TASKPANE_SYNC file.  Am I just installing the software incorrectly or is there a newer version of the DLO agent that I am suppossed to use?  Any help would be appreciated.
